Where did you get the suede?

 

you can find it at almost any fabric store. Joann's has it for sure.

 

how did you negotiate the headliner curves?

 

wow that looks awesome....wish i had the ***** to do it... but then again....suede isnt very practical for me, but you did an aweome job! looks fantastic

 

looks good but is your gauge cover white and console silver?

 

I almost did that a few months ago but I didn't like the suede my local fabric store had, it wasn't black enough...it looked faded....so I passed....

what glue did u use?

 

7 yards for everything, liner,pillars, extra

 

i used some crazy strong spray glue from homedepot. o and my gauges and console are now black and i finishled painting the handles and doing the rest of the suede i will post pics tommarow

 

is it difficult to do?
from soome articles Ive read, you're supposed to spray the glue on.

so you sprayed glue on all over the original headliner?

 

I sprayed headliner glue from Joann's all over the headliner and pillars, and then put the suede on, not all at once, but in parts, it takes time, you need at least 2 people, and you need suede that stretches to get around the headliner, that is what i am trying to find, does anyone know where to get STRETCH SUEDE
