Default Kenwood DNX-7100 vs. Alpine IVA-W200?

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide between these two headunits for my car. Can any of you guys who have either of the units tell me your impressions of your unit. What you like or don't like about them...and remember to identify which unit you have. I mainly like these two because of their high speed Ipod interface which helps since I love my ipod. I like that the Kenwood has an Ipod audio AND video interface and a USB input for other mp3 devices. The Alpine only controls the audio, but nothing for the video for my ipod ( I have a video Ipod) and it doesn't have a USB port, but it does have that neat pulsetouch feature and the reputable Alpine name. Is it true that the Kenwood has a built in equalizer while the Alpine has to have an external equalizer you have to purchase separately? I realize that the Kenwood has Navigation which is neat, but I already have a Garmin Nuvi for navi, so it's not a nessecity for me. The other thing is that to bypass the alpine to display video for while driving, I have to buy a PAc bypass module. How do you bypass the Kenwood? Is it as easy as grounding the parking break wire? Sorry about the lengthy message Thanx for any light you can shed!
