Default Keyless entry & driver's side button for passenger window don't work.

I noticed that my remote wouldn't lock/unlock the doors on my 06 tC. Thought it was the battery in the remote and replaced it without success. Now I just noticed that the button on the driver's side won't open/close the passenger window. Could it be a fuse? I looked through the diagram on the fuse door but don't see which one it could be.
Thanks.

Have you replaced the car battery? If so, you need to reinitializate the power windows and door locks.

Nope, just walked out a couple days ago and couldn't open the door with the remote.
Strangely enough, the passenger window is now working, but the keyless remote is not. Anyone know which fuse controls the receiver in the car?
