Last question about my system...I promise....
Ok, I promise this the last topic I start about my system. It gets extremely complicated but here goes...
Well right now I have a used 13kv.2 . What I was going to do was buy another 13kv.2 along with a nine.2x and my system would be complete. However, all this changed when I was given a FREE ( thats right, you heard me) free amp.
Now that I have this free amp, I have much more options. However, I have never heard of this brand of amp before (Xplore...any good???) I dont know how much it will power but it says 800Watts...So with this new amp. I would be able to get a 19ov.2 for the same amount of money I would be paying for a new amp and 13kv.2.
So my question is:
Should I just continue to buy another 13kv.2 and a nine.2x??? Or should I sell my 13kv.2 and buy a 19ov.2???
I know this is pretty confusing...Heck im confused. So if I didnt explain something correctly, feel free to ask.

you mean an xplode?
if its that let me just say its gross. those amps aren't worth the price you paid for them. Oh wait you got it for free. still not worth that. you'd be lucky if that amp would even push your 13kv.2
i'd honestly take that amp and try to sell it on ebay.

in addition that amp is only 2 ohm stable. with a pair of 13kv.2's you'll want to run it at 1 ohm and you wont be able to do it bc your cheap amp will just blow up. you can use it but you'll end up just rebuying a good amp.
also its 800 watts MAX. that amp probably runs at 250 watts rms IF THAT so thats barely enough to run the 13kv.2.

Still POS tho...But how would it hurt it???

Oh... my... god. Please don't tell me you're considering even transporting a Rockwood amp in your car. All of your other ICE may explode out of fear and revulsion. Rockwood is quite literally about as bad as it gets.
haha i'm having trouble with this entire post. dude, if you want some cheap bass without a ton of power, just buy a Profile AP1000M amp off ebay for about $100. i have a Profile AP700M with a Pioneer 12" sub and it gets plenty loud. i know it's sometimes hard to explain what you want, but if you ask vague questions, all you'll ever get is vague answers lol
