led guage conversion in seattle area

ive been looking around at some of the pictures of led guage and center console conversions and have become interested in having this done to my car. i know virtually nothing about electronics and have never soldered anything before. i was just wondering if anyone knows of a shop or individual in the seattle area that can do the conversions for me. any recomendations?
