Looking to replace License Plate lights with LEDs to make them like an HID white. Also looking to replace the parking lights to HID White LED. What would be the best bulbs to use for this?

I know they are a 194 bulb but can u guys give me suggestions where to buy em and what ones to buy please? Maybe include pics of how yours look?

here's a better thread, btw the LEDs will burn out in the headlights because of the heat from the lowbeams.

superbrightleds.com is really good. and as for the parking light leds, i had mine in for a long time and have had NO problems with them burning out or anything.

 

x2 I bought some from him. Did all my interior lighting. You best choice is the Aluminum Ringed ones for you License plate bulbs. Plus, flat rate shipping.

 

i had those bulbs up on top. after awhile they freakin faded on me and jus became a nasty yellow green color.

No problems with mine. I have had them in for a few months too.

 

I've been running blue Pilot LEDs from PepBoys in my headlight housing since July 2005. I've ran standard Halogen, Silverstars, Silverstar Ultras and now 5K HIDs and these little damn blue LEDs will not burn out. My sister has been running Pilot white LEDs in her housings since 2005 as well. these things must be rock solid or im one lucky SOB

 

You know I looked at two PepBoys stores and could not find them. I found some 192 bulb that were called Hyper White. They work great in the Headlights with the 5000k HIDs.
