HELP! Garage, Dave, anyone...Alright i'm doing the HVAC board, i've done the mod and i'm having trouble I think I need to short something out because all of them work except for the Off button, Rear Defroster, and Outside temp...all do not illuminate! Please if anyone cane tell me out to short it out or if its another issue.

Did you use the newer version of the mod I posted or the first one?

 

It sounds like the older one to do that, and I would say you have a couple of connections out of place if that is the case. Those three are in separate branches from each other, which leads me to believe that jumpers are in the wrong place rather than reversed leds or something similar.

I would guess (if it is the old mod) that the cathode jumpers are in place but the anode sides are not connected properly since it is the third led in each branch, which is isolated in that mod.

Of course, I am reading into it which mod you used, so if you used the new one... it could be completely different
