Another thing that I just thought of: are there any considerations for temperature extremes and water? The sill is outside the weatherstripping area, so it would be exposed to water from rain and washing the car. And of course getting the wiring from outside the weatherstripping area to inside the cabin without pinching the weatherstripping bead. It's probably not that big a deal since there are other lit sills out there.

you can just make a small hole in the weather stripping and slide the single wire through it, thats how i did my xm radio works like a charm

This is likely to be one of the easiest mods that involve wiring. No one should be skurred.

 

maybe you should just sketch them a picture of exactly what you want. and if they still mess it up, kick their sweaty a$$es out of the shop!

ok ahh as far as different colors then the set one i have coming out. my plan later on is to make some limited edition colors such at purple,pink,yellow. umm the sketchin part i did sketch them how i wanted it and that is what they gave me soo i handled that... i made them work the rice pattys lol jk. please ppl read everything before posting.. i mean the FIRST POST should say enough on this thread lol
