The Kappas are 2ohms. The Reference amp is advertised at 4ohms but is stable at 2ohms.

If SQ is your priority, speaker placement is more important than what components are used. I hope you don't plan on using the stock speaker locations, if SQ is your goal. I'd rather have an average speaker in a good location, than a great speaker in a poor location.

I don't have the money or resources to find another spot for the woofers. I don't have the knowledge to wire the tweeters on the front pillars either. I'm not that needing of sound quality.

Yet you're dropping a lot of money on the components? For the same money, you might be able to have a shop build a set of custom kick panels. They could then move the stock speakers to the kick panels, which would greatly improve the SQ, then you could simply install the new components in the kick panels when you get the cash. I suppose you could go the other way, get kick panel enclosures later when you can afford it. Of course if you're not actually interested in SQ, none of this matters.

I think my idea of SQ is different. I really just want the quality components up front that sound better, coaxials in the back, and a sub that reproduces music, not wake the neighborhood. Sound staging isn't an issue to me, as I want anybody in the car in any position to hear the music.

Then again, maybe i'm a stupid teenager who is pulling ____ out of his ___.

^nah, it's cool, as long as you're happy with it, other people's opinions aren't important.

Honestly you should hear a car with Kappa's in them. I personally think Kappa's are kinda harsh. Their reference series sounds pretty good but Infinity speakers are known to blow easy (gone through several myself, and watched many sent back for RMA while I was the RMA guy). Just be careful. Make sure you pick a high xover point. If you listen to pop/rock/rap you should honestly pick a tougher speaker. Modern music has alot of distortion added to it for effect and alot of times cant be heard too well because of the style of music. It will slowly burn out your speakers at high volume.

What would you suggest? I'm open to all suggestions, as nothing's set in stone.
