Like the title states i am looking for a DIY to install the resistor part of the HVAC, its to have handy while the person doing installs it, he has not used this method before..and sorry if its out there, and did not search for it, but any assistance would greatly appreciated..this is what my HVAC is looking like without having used the resistor kit, and being done another method:



* LCD screen dim on one side.
* Rear defroster button.
* A/C control arrow down button.
* A/C circulation button - (all above are .
* Red/Blue center gradient temp **** - (all above not as bright as the others).

if you swapped your leds in your HVAC you shouldnt be needing a DIY, just look at the HVAC diagram in here and you should b egood

thanks, i am going to print this out, and have it handy, just for reference so when on tuesday when i get my HVAC circuit board re done "this time w/ the resistor kit" the installer will have something solid to go by, thats if he has not picked up how to put in the kit already...just to be clear on my above post, my issue was i did have the resistor kit, but the person doing the work had not done it before using a resistor kit, instead a method of attaching wires to and from each LED after soldering them in was used, therefore leaving me with the DIM HVAC you see above..this is what i am printing out, should i be OK
