Default Lowered stock shifter **** for auto

I was bored the other day and did not car for how high the auto ____ know sticks up in the air.

Used to other cars I guess.

So what I did was basically drill the inside of the handle out to the proper depth so the shifter shaft is now at the very top of the handle.

Drilled out the factory threads and then rethreaded the newer deaper portion that I added.

Dropped it nicely and cleaned up the look.

The little touches are what matters. Trying to keep it stock looking in and out but make you wonder why it looks better or different.

Can get some pics for those with interest.

Here are my pics. The stock knod takes a bit more effort than just screwing down more.
