Default Moonroof or airbag issues with custom headliners?!

Has anyone had issues with their sunroof or curtain airbags go wrong due to a custom headliner done? I'm considering doing a black suede headliner, but I'd like to hear others' experiences. Thanks in advance.

nope no issues......the suede is flexable enough to allow the airbags to pop in accident, now a Carbon Fiber headliner with curtain airbags would not work as it has no ability to flex asn would shatter in to passenger compartment.

The only panel that can be affected is the C pillar,on sde airbag cars it is actually a two piece part, but even sueded it will still blow apart correctly as the lower part of it is just a fiber shell and not really structural, you will see when you pull it off car, probably rip yours in two like I did mine, jsut use some spray glue to retattach the two pieces where they will tear,no worries, like I said you will see when you take it out.....
