Default More Stereo Drama

Hey whats going on!

my question is i have a pioneer avicf7000bt and i hooked everything up correctly, matched wire for wire and im still not getting any power to the unit, i did the bench test by mixing the red and yellow wire to a battery and it turned on but once i put it in the car nothing seems to work any advice on what i should do?
i thought it might be fuse but im not to sure how i could have blown that if i disconnected the battery before i started the stereo install

ps the old stereo doesnt work when i tried hooking it back up either :\

so i fixed it haha it was the fuse but theres two things that are wrong now: the fuses keep blowing once i turn it up to a certain point so is it possible to put a 10 fuse into that slot and have it working fine or no? and my equalizer presets keep resetting -_-

^^^do you have everything connected and grounded? it shouldn't trip any. and yea your presets will keep resetting because you're losing power.

Yup I double checked today and everything was connected correctly should I maybe use a 10 fuse to match the one on the stereo or would 7.5 be fine? Loosing power to the stereo so checking the constant and power wires when I get home then haha
