Default My Latest Project, and kick pod *(update 8-29-06)*

This one is going to be sealed and I'm mounting the amp in the middle. I also got the kick pods going againg and this time i got the height right. I had to redo the driver side cause when the door closed it hit the speaker mount, no biggie just need to rewrap. I could have got more done today but it started to rain. I've still got several more layer of fiberglass to lay on the box but its a work in progress.

Do you have a MT or AT? I'm just wondering how much room my left foot will have. The car isn't that big.

I got manual. I only replaced the passenger's side kick panel. there is still a lot of leg room. I was going to do it on the drivers site but that means i would loose the foot rest. now thats very important to me not to loose. so now I have to figure out where to put the last 6.5 sub.

I was worried about the driver side also, so today before i resined the kick pod i drove around with it in place today and it work out great. I have a mt and didn't have a problem with the clutch or the foot rest. I just applied the resin a little bit ago, so i try to get some pics tomorrow. By the way this florida Humidity sucks real bad! I have to do my tweeter pod for the driver side again. Can't wait till winter

Ya it would be cool to see how it will fit on the driver's side. I'd like to see.

awesome work, i actually did my fiberglass box this week as well. Did you use bondo for yours? I tried with mine and I guess I need to use alot more because I cannot get the box smooth enough for paint.

The driver kick panel looks tight. maybe i should work on creating mine. The passenger side of mine looks tight and sounds good. got the EU-700 in it.

By the way, fujitech43 what kinda speakers are you putting on ur kick panels.
cant wait to see the finish product
