so i tried reclining my seat all the way back today cause i heard it lays flat
well it did
but now it wont lock back in place
so it freely moves back and forth

anyone know how to fix this?

haha it was so hard driving home
whenever i would accelerate i would lean back and the seat would lean back too

Is the handle on the side loose or what? Try forcing it down while moving the seat back and forth.

So when you firmly hold that handle down it will still recline?

Actually about a month ago the same thing happened to me, but i was able to fix it by playing around with the handle at the bottom of the seat, and moving the lumbar part back and forth. It was really weird but after about like 4 minutes of playing around with it, it just locked back into place. I mean you could try it but it would be safer to take it to the dealer to get it checked out

owners manual is your friend. fully recline your seat. then fully move it to its most forward position. after you move it back again, it should lock.
