Default My tribute to VW (dash lights)

I always liked the look of the VW dashs with the blue gauges, and everthing else red. So thats what I did.

I am not totally finished, I still have to paint the needles red, and I want to make the blue a little more purple, but that will come soon.

Well here it is...

I will also prpbaly be getting the new Pioneer D3 to replace my D2, so the buttons will match, but that wont be for a few months.

I just want the D3, the color changing is a perk. I can probably sell my D2 for the same I can get a D3 for, so not much loss there.

Glad to see it turned out for you. You did a great job! Red never looks good on camera but is always amazing in person!

Im actually thinking about trading it for a stock HVAC because it is WAY too bright.

I feel like a total A$$ after getting the resistors from you that I didn't need in the first place, that was my fault

If you have a stock one you can trade with me so I can re-do it, that would be great... :D

I was wondering if you knew all the parts I needed to make it back to stock, so it wont be so bright.

Where can I get the parts from, you think Fry's would carry the resistors?
