Here's the thread on how to solder the LEDs...

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ghlight=solder

And here's the thread on how to install...

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ht=led+diagram

If you still don't wanna do it, then get in contact with Garage1217 or LEDmod or engifineer...They can all help you...I would help you but I'm all the way in Houston...

On a side note, those pink LEDs will fade to white after a short period of time, there's a better way to do it, and to be honest, you probly could have saved some money if you would have bought it from one of the three guys I mentioned above...

whoever sold you those leds.. saying they were a "simple installation".. needs to be shot.

it's simple to people who know how to solder, but really not so much to those that don't. look at the links posted above, and if you're still having trouble figuring it out. lemme know.

Yeah, they fed you some ____...If I was you I would get ahold of them and tell them you want your money back...And then just come to one of these guys and get it done by them...I'm sure someone will help you out after being through all that...I would, but like I said, I'm down here in Houston...

That sucks...you should tell them that they were false advertising, and to show you one person that can install those in 15 minutes...

Two things:

1) Pink LEDs will fade MUCH faster than almost any other led (which is due to the organic phosphorus they use).

2) An install CAN take 15 minutes, but as SquallLHeart said, its when done by a professional or someone who is experienced with LEDs.

I would say file a dispute with PayPal and eBay since they are misleading. If they say simple instructions, it should be able to be performed with few or no tools, and take someone with little car knowledge 15 minutes to perform.

Yeah 15 minutes if you are hauling ___, but not if you are taking your time to make sure every contact is soldered correctly and cleanly...

And yes, simple installs are usually reserved for plug and play applications...

Don't you just hate BF's...That's why I don't have one, that and I'm a married man....Well if you wanna look into it just let me know...It's super easy to get your cluster out...That round bezel in front of the cluster just pulls right off, and then there's only one screw holding the cluster in, it should show it in one of those links I posted...

Yeah it definently makes a difference when you change those ugly oranges out...and did you buy enough LEDs for the AC controls also or just the cluster? And tell your BF to be nice to his girl and help with the cluster, at least help you take it out...
