is there anywhere i could get a new hvac control unit, i cracked the lcd a while ago doing the led swap and its been bugging me for some time just havent gotten around to fixing it.. part #'s, anything?

 

try taking it in depending on the place they could just warranty it and do it for free then look around for what to get.

 

if push comes to shove - i have an HVAC that you i would sell you. it would need to be repainted and such for it to look decent when you put it on

just let me know.

 

thiers one on ebay right now, next time try desoldering teh LDC screen instead of trying to flip it up.

I offer them for sale with the led swaps already completed. Pm me if interested. I also offer used but as new units.

 

And if all that fails, car-part.com is your friend Search under heater/ac control. You can usually find them for about $50 - $75 bucks nowadays on there. And most times the yards leave the bezel attached, so you can resell that part Just make sure you get the right year model. 05-06 are interchangable while the 07 has to have the 07 unit.
