id say save up and get a pioneer, eclipse, or alpine.. jensen will get the job done, but arent that great of quality imo.

and you dont necessarily have to run an amp to your speakers, esspecially if you keep the stock ones. you could if you wanted to, but if your running stock speakers, dont cause its not really worth it.

that is not true, the older Jensen were poor but the new ones are great.

Go look at one for your self at Best Buy. Not the best videos but they look damn good for 400 bucks. The amp inside is pretty decent to.

all depends on equalization, hpf, lpf factors. the stock deck, and let's all admit it, is really colored to exaggerate when it comes to EQs. so depending how flexible your sound settings are, thats how it can be better (or worse) than stock. ive seen aftermarket decks from alpine and pioneer that just suck compared to the stock. but both decks were the lowerend ones and had very little sound options.

I have been doing car audio for more then 15 years, trust me you will be fine with that Jensen. It will sound alot better then the stock head unit. I have the 9021ts in my wifes car which is the double din version. I could have gone with any brand out there seeing as I am a wholesale dealer for just about every brand you can think of. For the amount of features and quality you get for the price from the new Jensen it damn near cant be beat. If you need any help with any car audio just PM me or send me your number and I would be happy to give you a call and answer any questions you might have.

not good video, are you insane? Jensen has a better video quality then most other brands. the hu itsself looks the same as a pioneer. the jensen supports more video formats then other brands. i have teh 9311 in my suburban. I LOVE IT! it is amazing. i bought it as a budget screen but have been blown away by it!

all that being said, i will have an AVIC-D3 in my tC

I just bought and installed the Jensen 9021ts and let me tell you, it's freakin' sweet. I shopped around and this unit had one of the best video and features available. I was close to getting the D3, but the navi wasn't enough to push me away from this Jensen. the only question I have is, the back speakers aren't that loud, but I know there is a way to increase the volume (six channel speaker set-up), but I can't find the freakin' menu for each individual speaker. I hit the audio button, but only the EQ comes up. Can anyone help? thanks.
