Need some pics of single din installs

You know the radios that are the "regular" fit.

I wanna see how these look with a double din.

I have a Premier 7800 ,so I see no need for a double din,(besides looks)

It's empty below the HU. I haven't figured out what to put there.

It usually holds my SIRIUS remote.
