Well I do know that its supposed to loosen up, almost like it has to break in a bit. As long as you did the greasing properly, just give it some time and take it easy with the shifter for a bit. If it hasn't broken in in like a weeks time or so, maybe you wanna check that you greased enough or double check all of your work if you're really worried. If everything looks good, greased up nicely and you are still having this problem in another week or so, i'd call em and see what they have to say.

shouldn't still stiff.. but more crisp.

greasing it properly will prevent any clucking and any difficulties in shifting... but yea.. after a few days once it breaks in a little more, it should feel better.

if not... just apply a little more grease.

you should be ok just greasing the areas where the OE shifter was greased.
Do you know about how much the **** weighs? When I think of a weighted ****, it should be 300grams and up.
