Default New logo for box building

Yeah. I thought it was pretty sweet, just need a different bit for the word carving.

It's a bit shallower on the left than the right due to having had most of the sheet of wood removed because it was other boxes...I just tested this in a spare spot

Very nice! Did you use the end of a flute bit to do it all? If so, a smaller one would probably allow you to do the wording and keep them smooth. When you try to go shallow and use the very tip it sometimes comes out rough, but I am sure you know all of that

Good work though, looks clean. What type of router do you use?

The flute bit was for the not words.

The words are a 90 degree V-bit. the 1/4" bit kinda made the S into a giant square of nothing. The letters are only 1/4" wide exactly. Probably going to do it next w/ an 1/8" flute bit.

Porter-Cable on our CNC machine

The not straight cuts = me not finding the oval button.

That is awesome. I actually had an idea of doing this with a twist. But I need to buy a plunge router I guess. I wanted to make the cut deep then I wanted to run my rca wires in the groove to give it color.Maybe I will by the router attachment for the rotozip.

Good work.
