NOW 8 eu-700's, AND it should be loud!
Alright, I wanna do something semi-extreme. I want to get 6 eu-700's and make a custom fiberglass box, 3 on each side. I know many on here have 2 eu-700's. Are 2 loud? Do you think 6 would be loud? Im planning on getting a NINe.1 and wiring everything @ 2ohms. That should be 150rms to each sub. Any suggestions would appreciated, especially from those with "wonder woofers" already!

Wonder woofers is the term.... I wouldn't call my 2 loud (I consider loud to be anything over 140dB) but they hit damn hard for 6.5" subs (probably around 130-133dB).... what really got me was their ability to get the low frequencys pushed out.... I'm probably going to get 2 more and seal them with 600watts before long....
I think 6 in a sealed enclosure would get up there around 138 which doesn't sound like much, but you'd be surprised... I still think one of the best parts of these are the "wow" factor.... people think you have a great 10 or 12 but in reality you have a few of these little bitty things....

I thought that wiring D2 parallel, D2 parallel, D4 parallel, and then wiring them together in series, I could get 4ohm total. Since three on each side, two 4ohm loads in parallel would be 2ohm. But I could definitely be wrong?!

a d2 in parallel is 1 ohm + d2 in parallel (1ohm) + d4 in parallel (2 ohm)...those three in series could give you a 4 ohm load. Then two sides of that in parallel could give you a 2 ohm load.
However like mandos said, mixing impedances does weird things since they are sharing airspace and will have different power to them.
