Default painting interior other pieces...

There is all kinds of info on painting the water fall and other accent pieces but what about the other parts.

Someone was working in my car and scatched the $hit out of the interior piece just inside the door sill. I'm ____ed. Damb ppl that just don't care.

So I was thinking about painting it with a textured paint to hide the scratches. But then the paint might scratch and chip and then it'll really look like trash. And then if your going to paint that you have to do the piece that goes next to were your feet are and next to the seat AND then the arm rest/cup holder area in the back seat. AND THEN to really make flow the glove box and the sides of the center console... etc

I have tried lightly sanding it but that doesn't work.

Has anyone done a tu-tone paint job on the interior and how did that work out?

Any ideas would be great .

Kind of paints, enamal vs acrylic, ... I have even thought of some kind of undercarrige spray stuff but that would probably look like crap.

How can I make these ugly scratchs GO AWAY?

Send it to us for a professional paint job just like any exterior panel 8-)

Automotive touch up spray cans will never reach the high gloss expectations we all want and wont last as long. And I offer warrenty on all paint work

To remove the scratches youd have to sand the pieces and if their real deep put a little bit of body filler in it. Then primer, sand, sealer, color, clear, wet sand, polish.

looks nice BUT ....

see the line that goes accross the glove box and below the steering wheel and pretty much right around the car. I was thinking about painting from that line down.
