so driving along today i rolled my windows down and when i got home rolled them up. the passenger window only made if half way up and is now stuck. the switch wont do anything. anyone have an idea whats happened or how to fix it??? any advice would be greatly appreciated!

 

do u still hear a click when you try to roll it up or down?

if you have an 08 i doubt the motor burnt out already.
the window might have just popped off track.

you can always take it to the dealer since it should be under warranty.

 

Did you get your windows tinted?

Sometimes they push down the rubber seal, which can drag on the window. Wouldn't be surprised if it bound up completely. IF this is the case, pop off panel, put trim back, disconnect battery and see if it resets :/

 

fixed it. there was no sound when i would hit the switch. i unplugged the battery and let it sit for a while then plugged it back in and reset the windows.
