Pioneer Premiums Head Unit Aux iPod Button Not Working
Hey guys! I have a 2006 tC that had the factory head unit in it and I decided to change it out for the 07+ Premium (Non navigation) head unit. The Aux cable was for sure working on the old one but when I plugged in the new one, the aux button doesn't work. I thought it could be a bad connection so I pulled all of the cables out of the new one and put them back in with no avail.
So then I put the original factory head unit back in and checked all of the cables near the shifter and got it to work just fine. So I put the premium one back in (and double checked the cables) and it still won't work.
Pictures are the original head unit and the exact new one I bought.
I searched around the forums of this site, Scikotics, and ClubtC and couldn't find anything. Any ideas?
Thanks!

you probably have to move pin 14 to pin 18 on the c27 connector.
