Default Possible to play TV on car audio?

Is there a way to play a portable Tv with built in DVD through the car audio system without connecting wires to the back of the stereo? Ive heard a FM modulator works on MP3s, but does that work on TVs? If so how does this work? Or is there a better way?? Please help!

the TV has an audio out right?

you can use a FM modulator... but that's a sacrifice in sound... doesn't seem like you care much to do any wiring.. so whatever

there's also the AUX input you can use too... that is assuming you have a '06+ vehicle

Yeah I have an 08 tC with the AUX input in armrest. How can I connect that to the TV so the volume will play through the car speakers or do I have to run them through the stereo directly?

Isn't reception for tv signal going to be bad due to constant movement. Until you are stationary, you ain't going to get a good strong signal for clear picture reception

Probably unless you have some sort of portable satellite system. Mine has a built in DVD player, and thats all I need it for.

portable satellite system is mainly for SUVs or Minivan,

kind of pricey and it's way too big for the tC.. LOL

In a few years that BIG satellite will probably be the size of a matchbox car the way technology advances and we could have them everywhere. Until then like you said, leave them to the SUVs and Vans.

Just to update on the cord. I picked it up today and it works like a charm and sounds great. Let the road trips begin!! Thanks for the help!!!
