She ain't much... but best the OEM sub I had before...

Dr Isotope box.
Polk db104DVC sub.
Alpine MRP-M450 amp.

Wiring on the amp has been cleaned up a little bit. That speaker level input wire is now running under the amp so you don't see it. I wish it were a cleaner/trick install... but it's just me installing. Not a shop and not a big budget.

I've since turned the box to be back up against the rear seat and stuck a few strips of velcro to the bottom to keep it from sliding the little bit that it was.

why is the color balance of that second picture off whacked? and it looks like you covered the rear taillights in photoshop.

Here are a couple better pics of mine... still plenty of room to recline the seat and it's more than adequate for my listening habits.

The box was $75 shipped from Dr Isotope... but I think he forgot to charge me shipping or something, so it might be more if someone else orders. High quality box though. Just right.

Speaker was I think $50 or so from Cardomain (closeout).

Amp was $133 shipped from eBay. But I bought the amp with a Visa gift card that I got from work (award kind of thing).

So it really only cost me $125 out of pocket.

Thank ya Scot! Your setup doesn't look bad at all! I was going to do something similar to that actually, but I said screw it... I wanted a custom made box for my car for so long so I elected to go with this! :D

The box isn't actually that entire size... I just have another piece of MDF over the front to make it look like it's going across the entire back. I have an Alpine 450 watt amp mounted on the back.

Eventually I will be buying another sub and amp and be making a fiberglass box
