how does that setup sound with the cover down? I have that same amp and I love it!

 

I made a cut-out of the floor board where the sub is so it can "breathe" and it sounds excellent!

 

does anyone know were i can find this?

 

I had alittle time this weekend so I did alittle changing around in the tC.

I relocated my strobe light switch in the ash tray which controls my heads/tails/ and talon strobes

Added a digital voltmeter gauge to my cubby hole thanks to Dr. Isotope's Cubby Panel.


Made box for 13ov2's and some amp racks

Nine.4 for component speakers in front doors

Nine.1 for the two 13ov2's d4 ran at 1ohm

And lastly what it currently looks like except I spray painted the racks black

Once I get time outta work I will be tackling the project of making a false floor/coverplate to go over everything and carpeting it.
I'm quite amazed with how it turned out seeing as this is my first true install and working with fiberglass, o yeah fiberglassed the bottom part of the box to contour to the spare tire well but everything worked well once I got my router up and running.

i ran two easy. 3 can be done with fiberglass

 

nice set up.

we have already started a bottom mold and started glassing some of the sides but I am just trying to get a few ideas on how to position the subs.

haha your going the sq route arent you? My last system was my attempt at a pretty solid sq system but im trying to go crazy with it now. I am looking to mayyybee hit 155db with this one.

loud!!! lol 144.2 db on audio control (so like 140 on term lab) going to hopefully tune it tomorrow night since i haven't full out tuned it since still breaking it in.

i know walter is running 3-12's in the floor so you might be able to fit 15's.

 

yep. i hate stupid loud, its cool but meh, that system hit 149 which was MORE than enough for me

 

haha yeahh. well the car is a demo for the company I work for now so we are trying to do some pretty crazy glass work and make it a spl car.

I just havent seen a tc with 3 15's in it yet so I was wondering if it had been done.

haha once you get into 150's your talking crazy bass. 150 even is way loud.

We have been running some numbers on it and its gonna be a stretch but we are thinking 155 is obtainable. haha only takes 3 15's and 10cu ft of airspace
