Sure you can power it, it'll take a hell of a lot to the stock electrical system to power it but you can do it.

i didnt upgrade my stock speakers you have pioneers all the way around if you dont like the sound you can replace. However the factory is very good unless you find your self wanting more clarity, as for that i would go with one of the major brands: MB Quartz, Infinity, Alpine, JL...
FYI though whenever you put in a sup system your running your bass out of your deck at the lowest possible like -6 and your treb will go all the way up, you will control your bass out of your amps low pass filter. kjeep it below 90 hertz and your fine.

True, you do have Pioneer all the way around but they are factory Pioneers which mean quality is a trade off against cost, in other words those factory Pioneer's suck. Take one of them out and you'll see exactly what I mean. I love how they're rivetted in though; that's real German esque. You could definitely benefit from upgradings your speakers and as for brand, that does not matter nearly as much as tier. The higher the tier the more likely you will need to add an amp to reap the full benefits from the speaker. For example, the Polk db series are great sounds speakers running off the head unit and they can be amp'ed a little as well. Say you change to a set of Pioneer's, I would not amp those, just my preference. The low to mid tier Eclipse sound great until you add an amp, then they pop and sound like poop. Never get Kicker interior speakers.

well yeah, 2 completely different thing! the KS are just plates, the SS are the highest end components in Kickers line.... as i said earlier im not in it for SQ, and i have heard better, but there is differently nothing wrong with the SS line. imo

^Anything is better than no sub
Its kinda addicting though so I would watch out....
You are going to get that then be like...pretty bad ___...get into a friends car with a way more intense system and want one even louder...
AND BASICALLY
I went from a 10" 200 watt sub to 2 10" w6's with 400 rms each...
