Default Power Problem...need help

My friend and I recently installed a new infinity sub, amp and alpine head unit in my tC and in the process you have to disconnect the battery. Well, we installed everything and everything works fine as for the system but at first my driver side window didn't work properly. It does now and also my passenger side window doesnt work from my button on the driver side. The passenger side button works for it but the auto feature for the window doesnt work and also my sunroof doesnt operate smoothly. This happened last time when I had a previous headunit in the tc and then after a while everything started working properly again. Just seeing that my electronics on the tC isnt working is freakin me out. Has anybody had similiar problems when installing a system in their tC or am I the only one? Should I give it time to let the juice flow through the system or should I take it up to the dealership and have them check it out? Need advice...thanks peeps

You have to reset the windows.... On the driver's side, hold down the button 'till it's all the way down, then pull it up 'till it's all the way up... repeat on the passenger side.... and the sunroof as well.

Thanks man. I would have never guessed that I had to do that. There are so many little tricks to that car. I find something new about it every week it seems. Thanks for the help though.
