Default problems when switching from the o7 - o8 tc premium headunit

i have an o7 tc and i just upgraded the radio to the o8 premium. Now the thing is that i have a system that ran perfectly fine and was very loud with the o7 factory head unit, but as i changed it, i took out the rca's that came from my amp from the high low converter and plugged them str8 into the new radio sockets. But when i did this my speakers sounded wierd and one got more power than the other. Does anybody no why? or what i can do for them to sound the same?

the settings, nope, i just literally took of the plugs off the o7 stock one which has three plugs, and then put them on the o8 which has 4 plugs and the tc comes with 4 harnesses even though its stock radio has 3 inputs. Ima just try to take off the forth one. Cuz i mean it sounds great its just that the bass level is enormously lower than on the stock. Even when i plug the speaker rca's directly to inputs that they are supposed to be in. Im guesing that i also have to either play with or remove the high low converter.

make sure your you have the equalizer set to normal. make sure you have the speed increase feature disabled (automatically turns up the volume when your vehical increases in speed, to compensate for engine and road noise).

remove the high/low converter and run RCA cables. just make sure you turn on the subwoofer control feature (in the secondary menu) when you do.
