Default PSP in tc.. need help

ok.. so i didnt want to buy a dvd player.. and ive figgered converting and tranfering of dvd's and such into my psp, and i use it for an mp3 player and plus the dvd's. but i am having problems mounting it.. i tried some super sticky velcro and i put some on the back of the psp and some on the flip down cover for the cd player.. that you push down.. but the velcro dont stick good.. after i attach the psp.. when i take it off.. it pulls the velcro off also.. .. i got it all hooked up and its playing through my subs and all that.. just gotta figger out how to get it mounted somewhere, and where the best place to mount it would be. .... Any help would be AWESOME! Thanks.

do you want to mount it so that it stays when you're driving. or that it stays when chilling in a parking lot is good enough? Because I just mount my PSP so that the Volume **** is holding it up. Works good enough for me. I was also thinking about putting some velcro on the underside of the sun visors. Havn't tried it yet.

well i have a head unit already.. thats the problem.. i dont want it to cover the headunit i got. because i control the volume of my psp from the head unit.. cause my psp is hooked into my head unit right now through an aux. port. so basically i need the psp to be able to be attached to the interior without it covering the head unit permantly. as of now i have it to were i can just stick it on the flip down thingy.. then take it off when i need to turn the volume up.. which is hardly ever.. cause i like it loud anywayz.. and i control everything from the psp except for the volume really.. .. . . something like a little cradle that could be mounted in front of the head unit and could be removed or pushed back easily would be great lol.. any idea's on fabricating something like this .. or if theres anything else you all could think of that would work.. would be great. thats a good idea you have .. but it would cover my rockford hu. and i dont want that really..

how about if you create a cradle that you can put into a cupholder? That way the HU isnt covered and the psp is in a pretty easy place to change songs or anything you want to do with it. Just manufacture something like the guy that put it over the HU put it on a stick and a circular piece of wood to fit in the cupholder.

Only downside i could see is if you make it too high and turn to sharp it'll fall out.

i was wondering if I could plug my psp into my D3. Is there a cable that will run from the PSP to the AUX in so I could load up my psp with music and play through?

what cable do you use?

yeah you can use an 1/8" plug into the headphones on the psp then into the input on the front of the d3. if you are going to do that route, i personally would rather just burn a DVD with all the music on it. granted you lose having the nav disk in there all the time, but its alot easier to navigate through than on a psp. ESPECIALLY if your driving. haha (i learned that the hard way..lol)
