Default Radar detector question

If you do happen to get pulled over with a radar detector in your car, are cops more likely to give you a ticket, rather than a warning? even though they are legal to have...

Yes, most of the time. That's why you quickly remove it and stash it somewhere before the cop gets to your window.

hopefully your are fully or partially tinted because if you do what the guy above me said to do ...you will end up getting shot at or guns drawn on you based on you moving that fast to stash it

Do radar detectors have to be mounted on the windshield to work? Like could you have one in the slot beneath the radio, so it would be easy to conceal?

don't remove it the cop get more nervous with you moving around in the car .
they wont increases you chance at a ticket he already made up his mind to when he pulled you over .
search the diy mods for relocating it above the rear view mirror

This is all ready going the wrong way.
slow down i see the,
"i got a ticket "
or
"tc wreck"
topic soon
The radar will only help it wont stop the ticket. On top of that police have other ways of getting you. Eps is big hear and no radar can see that.
"Remember you are representing scion drivers out their"
If you want to speed go to a track.

The reason I want one is because I live in an area heavily populated with cops that will pull you over for going 3 miles over the speed limit, not because I want to race on public streets.

Yeah, Just don't risk it. In the end 5 minutes doesn't warrant a heavy fine. My .02
