a friend of mine bought a used 2005 tc, it has no radio and the wires r cut.

he got a new radio, a sont cdx-s2000. tried wiring up can can only get beeps from buttons and when the car turns off, have the diagrams for the sony and car

anyone have any ideas?

The stereo should work as long as you have power and ground.

I bought a car with no wiring had to find sources for constant power and accessory power and then just wire the speakers, it should work.

Try hooking up the stereo straight to the battery.

 

you need an electrician and the repair manuals for the car.

 

agreed. friend doesnt know what hes doin, i want back a crimped all the wires, he twisted them and had elec tape.

surprising he had the wires to the correct speakers but still not getting any music

we r getting power and ignition correctly and can get the correct beeps

not using 3 wires from the car, a green wire and an orange wire off one connector, which i shouldnt need, i know orange deals with the anntena, and another small white wire on the connector with the yellow/brown and red/white anyone know what this wire is
