to be truthful... not much. even without the system this car has a knack for rattling.... there isn't much you can do.

my whole car is matted so i have less road noise and no vibration. My problem is due to scions poor design of the roof. That honestly is the weak point in the car. All cars have the weakest point and that is mine. You can pad the roof w/ foam and you can mattt your trunk so things dont vibrate. I have $300 of RAAMatt in my car so im pretty set in that area.

im 100% positive you would have problems - when i had my car apart deadening it I would tap the metal to see where the bad parts were. ...sounded like I was playing the drums.

i was really skeptical about using dynamat in my car. last weekend my friend gave me a few sheets of dynamat that were left over from his car. my friend has a 05 altima and the trunk is very very thin. what we did was stuff old shirts, sweatshirts and what not in the hollow trunk lid. maybe if u do the same in the tC it will help you out. its kinda ghetto but it helped a lot. we got it from a loud ___ rattle to a little buzz.

well at first i felt uncomfortable doing things to the tC that would permanently alter it and even though dynamat is covered my everything else i just did not want to. but now.... i love it.

I freakin love my car vib. matted up. Eventhough I only have one 8 sub (200watt rms) its overall great since I performed all the labor (and it was 2 days of labor ....first day i took things apart and started mattin'g then second day i finished and put it back together).

i sound deadened the floor of my trunk, doors, and license plate. no rattles from the inside. on the outside only the hood rattles. it also helps to aim your sub sideways not towards the back since bass is omnidirectional.
