So I'm considering shift/ebrake boots. Not sure about the colors thoug.

I'm actually thinking of the silver CF with maybe a black piping? I have my gauge cluster surround painted silver, which pretty much matches the waterfall. So I'm thinking the silver CF would set it off and the black piping would finish it off.

One of my concerns is that the silver CF will be too light and not really match the other interior silver. What do you think?

 

Oh ya, here's the lighter color I was thinking... he says this is black cf with charcoal stripes... but looks like charcoal with silver... That's more of the color I want.

I did email Redline last night and they recommended the charcoal to be more of a match to the interior silver. So that pic I linked may be correct. Just seemed lighter than I expected for each of the colors.

Haha... I thought about that (and my g/f recommended it). But I didn't think the orange would flow well into the interior.

They do actually have an orange CF though... damnit.

well what they have pictured on the web is almost the closest match to the color you'll get.. i got black suede to match my rs3.. uhh it was kinda purple.. lol now im stuck with an armrest im trying to sell.. boo lol just make sure and do research and color match it! lol..

 

That's why I emailed them too... wanted to make sure the "silver cf" wasn't too light. They say Charcoal CF should be a good match...

But people are saying orange b/c of this:



I could do a two-tone orange cf and black cf... and get the quadruple stitching of orange and black...

I can't believe I'm considering a freakin orange shift boot... wth.
