Reluctant, but here's my system.
Decided to post up my system so I can undoubtedly here every single thing wrong with it. The two big pictures are from photobucket, the others are myspace. Equipment:
-(3) Pioneer TS-W307D2
-(1) Crunch P1800.4
-(1) Rockford Fosgate RFC1D
-1/0 Gauge KnuKonceptz wiring throughout.
Subs wired at 1.33ohms, receiving ~500w a piece. Amp and capacitor are mounted on the left side of the box. Built and installed everything myself. HU I don't have a picture of is a Clarion MAX675VD.

Edit: just realized in the first picture you can even see my old amp. Had two Infinity 10s in before this on a Pioneer amp.

Yes, it closes but it's touching the hatch. It's ~4.5 cubes net, sounds pretty good. I'm happy with it, but I'm having some overheating issues with the amp. Re-doing the whole thing around one AudioPulse REVO 15 in a few weeks.
Mounted on the side of the box with two computer fans blowing into the vents on the side of the amp. I think I need to re-mount them..haven't checked them in about a week, they probably fell. And there's no such thing as excessive
But my passenger side C-Pillar popped off...and positioning my rearview mirror is pointless.

Will you be using the REVO vented?
The new box will be a little over two cubes hopefully and also house the amp. I'm cutting the length and width down two inches. It will be a lot better on the visual side as well, with a lot more work going into it.
