3 screws,
1 behind the sail fin piece behind the mirror.
2 behind the cover of the handle on the door.
Take those off and the rest is snapped on.
Do u have new baffles for your new speakers already?
good luck with the install! :D

Hmm on my 2007 TC you have two behind the decorative piece that snaps on the side of the armrest and one behind a little snap door that is right under the door handle. Only screws behind the fin piece on mine are for the mirror.
Give me a yell if you want some help. Im in Huntington Beach.
Left you a voice message. You can call me back or leave a PM. More than happy to meet up this evening and show you what to do. There is a thread on here somewhere of a complete interior break down.
Its very simple once you know where everything is.
In the recess of the interior door handle you will see a little square door and a little notch. Insert a small screw driver into that notch and pop that little door open. Remove screw behind it. Now remove the decorative piece that runs along the armrest / grab handle. Its the shiny chrome circle and trim that runs along the edge. It will pop right off. Two screws are behind that. The one up top is easy to see. The on below is recessed way back in a hole.
