Ok, I am removing my console in my tC. I have everything unhooked except the ipod cable that hooks through the console. does anybody know how to remove the cable. Does it clip in or will i just have to cut the darn thing? The cell 12volt hookup just unclipped just as the AUX plugin, but the ipod cable makes no sense. Anybody experience this before and know what to do? Thanks.

 

i guess nobody knew. But anyway, problem solved, i was able to remove the carpet and do the deadening with the console still in so it worked alright anyway.

 

Just for reference, it unplugs on one end the end in the console all comes out. If you want a pic let me know, mine's sitting around somewhere.

 

Thats ok, i'll remember that next time though. I just finished my deadening this morning. Now it is time to put the car back together, lol. My back, hands, knees, etc. are soooo sore and tired.

 

Lucky you, took me 2 weeks to deaden my car (waiting on materials) and it's still not back together.

 

im deading my car now to,the floors out and just the two fronts seats are in.
and all my finers hurt {sissy}
