Removing HVAC Help

Removing HVAC Help
I'm trying to remove the HVAC unit from the center console. I see there are two clips on the top but can't find any others to undo to take it out. How does I remove it? Does the a/c **** have to come off or is there something I am missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

take out all the screws also
and yes the **** has to come off... get some plyers and some cloth to wrap them in and just grab the middle of the **** and pull out... tell me if that works for ya
