Replacing the 08 tc stock sub

Hey guys I was thinking about replacing the 8" stock sub that comes in 08 Tc. My question is if I buy a different 8" Sub like Rockford would I need additional wires or anything or would it just plug right in like the stock sub? Also whats the RMS of the stock sub? Plz help me out. Thanks

Don't bother changing it...just get the ED Stealth Box...sounds WAY better and still completely hidden w/ 100% use of trunk space.
