Reverse Sensor

Does anyone know the closest place to the radio to hook up a reverse sensor (aka when the brake lights go on)

Do you mean, when the reverse lights light up? (Just want to be clear)

Are you looking to mount a backup camera or such?

ok to clarify, the avic-d1 wants me to hook up a reverse sensor to the back up lights. All i need is to catch the signal when the reverse lights are on.

Unless you have a rearview camera, you dont HAVE to do this. It's just a sensor so that the unit knows when to switch on the camera. my ddx doesn't have it connected with no issues.
