you might have some problems installing the remote start portion of the 5900 if you have a manual. for one its different in every state but in some its actually illegal. and you also have to bypass the clutch. dont leave it in gear.....lol

toyotaguy: no probs man. if u were down here, or planning to be down here and want to install some alarm or something, let me know ahead of time so that i can schedule ahead of time for him.

josh: yes, you would have to leave your car on on neutral for manual tc's and you would also need to get the bypass for the key. i know in CA its illegal to have a remote start on a manual car, but lots of people who have manual still do it.

Viper just came out with their 5701 remote start/security for manual transmissions. Shoule be around 400 for the unit. As soon as I get my hands on one I will probably do a DIY for everyone. But I dont know when I will be getting them at my store.
