short shifter greese

I have a JWM short shifter in the mail that will be here any hour. The instructions say to greese several parts of it during installation. What kind of greese do I use? Can I find it at the local autozone?

it should have came with some sort of grease.... if not reuse the old grease.

JWM short shifter? Or the "JDM" short shifter. If so, you have to do a little work to get it in and working right. Or did you mean TWM?
