Default Have a look at the list.

If these 2 things happen I can garuntee you won't sell them fast enough. There is a guy on yoursciontc.com that has been working on mass producing a similar set up, but I don't think its ever going to happen. Either way, the interest and response shown on that thread was amazing. So if you price it right and get a good quality box there is a tremendouse market out there. Just wondering though, how will you have a built in amp if every has a different amp size?
That's a very good idea - I hadn't thought about that. I will make sure the seats can still recline!

About the amp thing - I don't know what to say really - there is only so much space to put one on. I have a Pioneer 700w amp that I will sell to get a smaller Alpine amp. Basically he'd make a universal amp mount and if it fits, it fits, if not put it somewhere else.

Also, volume will be adjustable box to box... won't know a maximim volume untill it's produced, but it can be as small as you want.

So here's who I've got:

Maybe
tc702
stl_tc_king
tChillin
deep2k

Yes
t_C
tcsciontist
tCformee
grimace
mattssi
Fhe1079 (okay if not CF?)
Serialk1llr
DTRUONG_112
BIGRKtC

Both sides
Munch
Eppopipe
PRESTON (?)
Gambit7
jcw11

So that's roughly 20-25 boxes. Take a look and see if I've got you in the right list. I don't know if you all have looked but I put some pictures of a Tiburon application on the first post so you can kinda see what to expect.

The work looks pretty good to me, however can they easily be taken out in case you have to get to the tailights or spare tire?

It looks like this will be a replacement for the side panels. You will be sacrificing the storage space on either side of the tire. I think you would be actually cutting the side panel(s) off of the floor piece. Haven't worked all of that out yet. I'm sure they would be removable.

I can get this process started as early as Wednesday and could have something to show by the next week BUT the guy lives an hour away and I'd have to leave my tC with him - problem is I don't have another ride! Will try to work something out...

Update is: when the guy gets his pickup truck back pretty soon I will be able to borrow that while he's got my car making the molds for these boxes. Hopefully that won't be too long.

If that's a standard 12" sub size, then I'm sure it'll work. We're doing both sides of the back.

The majority of the money goes into labor.. it takes about a day to do a box.. this is unless it is a prefab box. I am about to get into fiberglassing, however I am waiting untill I actually have the time to do it.. I'd say $450+ is what you'd pay for an enclouser for a single 12" sub.. but then again I haven't had the tC priced at any shops..

There is a guy on yoursciontc.com that has plans for a single 10 design. I took the picture in to a few locale shops and they said it would cost me $800-$1K to build. With this design I can get both sides done for less and have 12"'s instead of 10"!

Hey Guys,

This is Derek with "ZDSystems." I am the "guy" who draven has been in contact with. I am ready and willing to get going on your guys's enclosures, the only thing I need is a R+D Car. A Car for whcih I can create the first boxes. Once I get the mold created, I'll be able to turn out these enclosures quite rapidly.

I've been keeping an eye on this since the start, and as soon as I pick up another vehicle i can lend draven, we'll get these rolling.

Any other questions/ideas/comments just let me know.

Thanks! I look forward to doing business with you guys
