Default Some Questions for an Audio Nub

Ok so I just got my tC and I want to install a system, starting with a new h/u and sub. I want to be able to further upgrade later but for now I just want an i-pod ready h/u that can use the swi alp adapter for my steering wheel controls. I don't know much about car audio so I've been reading up on it and I want to know if the following components will work together properly and allow for future upgrade.

AMP - Alpine MRV-F345
H/U - Alpine CDA-9857
SUB - Alpine SWR 1022D

Thanks in advance.

I'd get a larger mono class-d amp for your sub.... something that'll put out 500x1 @ 1ohm or 4ohm to go with that sub...

^^ that amp would work perfectly with a DUAL 4OHM subwoofer.... wire it in parallel and you'll have the 600x1@2ohm

Well I'm kind of on a budget for a few months. But mostly I don't want a rediculously loud stereo and I was reading reviews and it sounded like that sub was loud enough. But like I said I'm a nub and not sure exactly what to get. =/
