Default speaker issue

I have pheonix gold component speakers and for some reason the woofer in the driver door is not working. I checked the wiring and everything is fine, and it seems as though the high frequencies are still being played, faintly, but no low frequencies or bass is coming through. Any clue on how to fix?

You say the wiring is fine, but did you fully check it out? Hook the woofer up directly to the other channel and see if it works...you can also connect another speaker in it's place and see if it plays. If it doesn't work on the other channel, and if another speaker plays when connected as the questionable woofer is, then the woofer is blown. If it plays on the other channel, while another speaker doesn't play when connected in the woofer's spot, then the issue is wiring.
