Default Splice into speaker wire for sub?

I have looked and didnt really find what i was looking for. I looked for an rca addapter so i can just use those, but i couldnt find any. I'm in a bit of a rush and wonder if its better just to splice the connection to a speakers wiring since i have the converter for that. I have an 07 with a stock head unit and a high/low impendance converter for my sub and amp.

My question is what would be the best way to get to a set of speaker wires for this converter.

You have a line output converter already? Then use that. Never cut any factory wires. Just t-tap the rear speaker wires as your input for the LOC.
