Default stereo help!!

so i have the oem stereo in my car and i previously had my two 12 inch subs and amp all wired up and working perfectly fine. i decided to take apart everything to clean things up. when i was putting it back together, i had the music on for god knows why. while i was doing it, the music all of a sudden stopped. idk if i had connected the wires together wrong or w.e., but the radio just completely stopped working. i checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash. i couldnt find the blown fuse. i looked in the owners manual, and it says the radio fuse is the 20A fuse under the hood in slot 8. i took it out and come to find out, its not blown.

so what exactly is the problem? is my radio no good now? what can i do?
